Description: Identifying Marks is a collaboration with catering staff where their views on working in the food service industry are taken from personal written statements and etched into glasses and plates, embroidered into napkins and engraved in to flatware. This is a prototype for a project that will take place with food service workers in an actual restaurant where the altered place settings will be used in the daily operations of the restaurant where they work.
